I first applied for the course in 2010, I was accepted in the course but due to financial constraints, I did not manage to start in that year. The following year I tried my luck again then OUM accepted me in 2011, that’s when I started the course. Enrolling in this course was a way to get more knowledge in my field as an E-learning coordinator.  By now I will proudly say this course have equipped me new skills and knowledge. The course is rich and have  diverse programme curriculum in the discipline of Instructional Design and Technology with its pedagogical philosophy putting me as learners at its heart, and give concentrated on nurturing critical and analytical thinking and research and inquiry skills.

 

As this programme was fully offered online it was not easy to get where I am, there were challenges that I faced staying. First as I a learner from Africa, Botswana internet connectivity can be issue in my area, but I managed to work with what I had. Now here I am.
